| The Champion was an early microcar
following on from cycle cars. It was designed in 1946 and went into production in
1949. The Champion 400 of 1950 had identical doors and used the same presing for
front and rear bodywork. It was a succesful design but expensive, so in late 1952
production was discontinued with just over 2000 Champions built. The models are handbuilt in Russia in 1:43 scale to a high standard. |
