This plastic toy is 210 mm long, plastic and was made by Bandai in Japan during 1994.   The car is a Mazda AZ-1 but has stickers saying 'Striker' and 'Blueswat', maybe a TV programme of the time?  The model has an external chrome roll- over cage but this can be unscrewed and removed.  One of the doors open gull wing style but only after the cage has been removed.

I think this toy could be refinished as a very reasonable model of the AZ-1 or maybe just left as it is.
