The model is by Hotworks Japan which is a relatively small firm who specialise in 1:43 models of sports cars with a little more detail and better finish than average.  Included with the model are a spare set of alloys and the removable roof, these are still in the original bubblepack packaging.  The model is mint and boxed.

And if the model was not tempting enough I am including this original 26 page Japanese sales brochure of the Cappuccino which itself is not something you come across every day.
