The 1962 Mitsubishi Minica conformed to the Kei-jidosha regulations which said that if you could not park your car off the street at night then the size was limited and an engine no greater than 360 cc. The Minica had a 359cc two-stroke air-cooled twin engine and it's 18hp was enough to buzz along at 55 mph....and why would you want more? The model is new and come in the the usual style individual
