The green and cream Bianchina is made by Scottoy as a white
metal reproduction of the obsolete Mercury model. The orange car is an Italian
Mercury and apart from the rivets and logo on the base they are identical. I suppose
repro's allow collectors the chance to have a facsimile of that rare model but in this
case
the original turned out to
be cheaper and a little better finished. Moral of the story is they all turn up
eventually if you keep on looking!
